To delete a user in DealTrack, first click on Config at the top of the page and then select Users & Activity in the drop-down menu that appears. This will take you to the ‘Users’ page.
All you then need to do is select the user’s name that you wish to remove, and click the Delete button in the top left corner of your screen (as shown in the screenshot below). A pop-up box will then be displayed, asking if you wish to proceed with deleting this user.
Deleting a user will not be instant and is backgrounded, so there will be a loading icon whilst the user is being deleted.
Please note — clicking Delete will remove the user from the system permanently. Please click Cancel if you wish to stop the process.
