Only admin users can invite team members to start using DealTrack. Each invited team member will use one of your DealTrack licenses (depending on your package).
Before a user from your team can actually start using DealTrack, you will need to send them a welcome email. To do this, simply select their name in the list on the ‘Users’ page and then click on the Send welcome email button at the top of this list.
The team member will then receive an email from us inviting them to start using DealTrack. They will be required to click on the URL provided and set their password by entering it twice into the available fields.
Finally, they will be shown the login page for DealTrack, where they will be able to log in using their email and new password.
Please note — for users who have already been sent a welcome email, the Send welcome email button will be disabled.
