To set up a collaborator for a supplier, select your supplier and click on the ‘Collaborators’ tab.
You can create a new collaborator by selecting the ‘+’ button. You will only need to enter their email address to add them as a collaborator. The collaborator will then add in their name when they create an account in Collaborator.
You can allow collaborators to view schemes. If a collaborator can view schemes, you can permit them to sign off schemes.
Once you have saved your collaborator, you can then send them an invite to start collaborating.
After a collaborator has been created, you will be able to view the invite status. The invite status tells you what stage the collaborator invite is at and whether it has been accepted. There are 3 statuses:
- empty - no invite has been sent;
- red - collaborator has been invited but not accepted;
- green - collaborator has been invited and accepted.
