Overview
Enable provides all new clients with an Onboarding service. The aim of Onboarding is to get you up and running as quickly and efficiently as possible. During Onboarding you will verify a variety of rebate deals across your top five trading partners or customers to ensure that your instance of Trading programs has been configured based on your rebate parameters and can match your available data.
The process
You will be assigned a Customer Success Manager and an onboarding team who will form your Onboarding team. This team will work together with your project team and be responsible for managing the five-stage Onboarding process.
Planning stage
Once you decide to go ahead with the Enable software, your Onboarding team will get in touch to get acquainted and start planning your first Onboarding milestone - the Kick-off meeting. Your Enable Onboarding team will meet with you either on-site at your office or at Enable HQ. We will cover your current rebate setup, your priorities and what you are hoping to achieve first with Enable. Your Customer Success Manager will put together a customised plan that will guide you through Onboarding and into the Adoption phase of the implementation.
Design stage
During the Design stage, your Customer Success team will work with you to define the blueprint of the fundamental structure of your Trading programs instance. You’ll also get to work preparing the data that will need to be imported into Trading Programs, under our guidance and support.
Setup stage
Once the configuration blueprint has been agreed and initial data has been received and reviewed, our Customer Success team will get to work on configuring a Trading programs instance for you.
Test stage
The Delivery meeting kickstarts the testing stage and is the first opportunity for you to get your hands on your configured Trading programs. Your Onboarding team will show you around Trading programs and explain how the software works. You will then test your configuration by setting up deals in Trading programs and reviewing the resulting earnings.
Closure
We will close Onboarding once you can confirm that your Trading programs instance has been configured based on your rebate parameters and can match your available data.
Now that your project team are up and running with Trading programs, it doesn’t all stop there — it’s time to dig in and take advantage of all it has to offer. Enable provides you with their standard Adoption service to support you in rolling out Trading programs within your business.
