To set up an account in Collaborator, you must be sent the welcome email by your trading partner. You will then receive an email inviting you to sign off a plan once it's been sent by your trading partner. If you have not been sent the welcome email, but receive an email inviting you to sign off a plan, then you will not be able to log in to Collaborator as you do not have an account with Enable. Similarly, if you have not followed the instructions on the welcome email correctly to set up your account and then try to sign off a plan, you will not be able to login.
If you already have an account with Enable, then your trading partner can use the email associated with this account to invite you to collaborate with them. If you receive an invite from your trading partner, you can log in with your existing account to accept their invitation. If you are unable to login because you have forgotten your password, please try requesting a new password.
If the link in your invitation email is invalid, this may be because the link has expired. In this case you should contact your trading partner to resend the Collaborator invite, and follow the link the new email.
