Enable uses a ticketing system in the Support Hub to record all questions, complaints and problems regarding Collaborator. You will have access to the Support Hub as part of Enable apps and a tile will appear on the Enable apps page for you to access.
When creating a ticket, please provide us with as much information as possible. This can include screenshots, any relevant documentation/attachments and any email correspondence about the issue. Also, please remember to state the trading partner that the ticket is in reference to, as you may be collaborating with several trading partners.
