In order to test your G-suite configuration, simply navigate to your DealTrack URL using a user account with a corresponding DealTrack account, at which point you will be logged into DealTrack using your G-suite credentials.
Should you encounter any problems when testing your SSO configuration, please contact your Client Services team and they will advise the best course of action.
Should you experience any issues after configuration is complete please provide us with:
The date/time of the login attempt.
Screenshots of any visible error messages.
A step-by-step description (including URLs visited) of steps required to reproduce the issue.
Screenshots of your configuration in G-suite. It will be especially important to include your Service Provider Details.
Please note — in order to expedite the resolution of any configuration issues, it would be beneficial if Enable were provided with a login URL and a test account (email and password). This can be removed once we have performed our tests and verified the configuration.
