It is possible to access DealTrack Help from within DealTrack itself. To do this, simply click on the Help button in the right-hand corner of the navigation bar.
Clicking on this will trigger the DealTrack Help sidebar to appear.
You will then be able to directly access the DealTrack help center. When navigating through DealTrack, this side bar will reflect what page you are on. For example if you are setting up a deal, you will have the option to read various articles about different aspects of setting up a deal.
When on the homepage, you will be able to click on Product updates. This will take you directly to a list of our product update articles, organised by month.
The Support request allows you to send the Client Services team a message with any issues or queries you are having. These messages will result in logging a ticket in our Support Hub.
