Users of DealTrack with admin access can manage and manually import turnover in DealTrack. This is predominantly done by clicking on Config at the top of your page, and then on Turnover in the drop-down menu.
In addition to this, admin users can schedule when DealTrack will automatically reconcile turnover by clicking Config and then Processing in the drop-down menu.
Clicking the Turnover link in the drop-down menu will take you a new page that allows users to import, reconcile and delete turnover. There are several tabs near the top left of the page. Two of these are used to import and reconcile turnover:
Turnover · The tab an admin user sees by default. The left-hand side of the page lets a user manually import turnover to DealTrack. The panel on the right-hand side of the page is used to manually reconcile turnover for any number of suppliers.
Reconcile · Provides reports and logging information for each reconciliation process that DealTrack undertakes.
In addition to instructing DealTrack to reconcile turnover from the Turnover page, admin users can schedule automatic reconciliation. This is done by visiting the Processing page. Users can instruct DealTrack to run this process to run once a day if they choose, as well as what time this should be run.
