Onboarding · Onboarding is the process of getting you up and running with Enable as quickly and efficiently as possible. It focuses on the configuration of your channel and the initial data import. Onboarding allows your project team to verify your top deals in your channel to ensure that it has been configured based on your rebate parameters and can match your available data.
Adoption · Focuses on launching Enable within your business. Adoption is successful when your end-users are using Enable to track rebate agreements for all of your strategic trading partners.
Aftercare · The ongoing support of the software provided by Enable’s Customer Success team.
