The second part of a DealTrack Implementation — known as the Adoption phase — involves helping you transition from your old system or process to DealTrack permanently. As shown below, it is the period between the initial go-live of DealTrack and the time when you have officially cut-over to (you are ‘operationally live’ with) your new software.
This means you will be able to “switch off” your existing system and / or stop using your existing processes and replace it permanently with DealTrack.
The intention of this phase is therefore to ensure the seamless and successful implementation of DealTrack into your business, minimise productivity losses and confusion associated with the implementation and get your end-users using the software quickly so that you can receive business value as soon as possible.
Ultimately, Enable will provide you with all the support, beneficial information and engagement you need to ensure that you derive the most success from the software. Where possible, the aim will therefore be to get you into a position where you can accurately model your trading agreements in DealTrack by loading the relevant transaction data, precisely calculate rebates, claim missing rebates and generate accurate accruals.
