The onboarding process is designed to get your organization set up with Enable, and seeing value, as efficiently as possible. The onboarding process consists of 5 stages. The initial implementation takes around 8 weeks, and finishes when you move into the Evolve stage.
The first stage of onboarding onto Enable is the 'Connect' stage. Please note that this step occurs before you have even signed up to Enable and may or may not be formalized by a specific meeting. For you the aim of this stage is to introduce the Customer Success team, this provides an opportunity to identify any potential blockers early on, and give an overview of Enable's onboarding process. This gives you the opportunity to get an insight into our implementation methodology and start preparing your project team before you've even signed on the dotted line.
