Collaborators in Enable can view and interact with Claims when their organization has Claims enabled. This allows collaborators to track, review, and approve Claims related to their trading relationships — all within a secure, permission-based workflow.
This article explains how collaborators access Claims, what permissions are required, and what they can see once inside.
This article will guide you through:

Before a collaborator can access Claims:
Claims must be enabled for the organization you’re working with.
The collaborator must be assigned as a Lead Collaborator in Claims. This is managed under Config > Collaborators by an internal user.
Only Lead Collaborators can access and review Claims for their associated trading partners.
How to access Claims
Step 1: Open Collaborator
Log in to your Collaborator portal and select the trading partner you want to work with.
Step 2: Find the Claims tile
If Claims are turned on for that trading partner, you’ll see a Claims tile available after selecting the partner. Click the tile to open the Claims area.
Step 3: Access permissions
Depending on your setup:
If you are set as a Lead Collaborator, you’ll be taken directly to the Claims home page.
If you are not a Lead Collaborator, you’ll see a No access message instead.
Understanding permissions for collaborators
Lead Collaborators are assigned in Config > Collaborators by internal users.
To set Lead Collaborators:
Navigate to Config > Collaborators.
Search for the relevant trading partner.
Assign the users who should have Lead Collaborator access.
Once saved, those collaborators will be able to open and review Claims associated with that trading partner.
What collaborators can see in Claims
When a collaborator accesses Claims, they can view all Claims between themselves and the Enable customer (tenant) that include the collaborator approval step.
Collaborators can:
View the Claims dashboard
Browse the Claims listing
Open individual Claim pages to review details
Within a Claim, collaborators can view:
The value to claim
The breakdown for each agreement
ERP information for each agreement (via the three-dot menu)
Uploaded files (such as supporting documents)
Evidence files (rebate-per-transaction details, unless hidden by internal users)
The activity log
External comments (internal comments remain hidden)
Internal users can choose to hide files from collaborators by selecting the eye icon next to a file.
Notifications and approvals
When a claim reaches a collaborator’s approval step:
They’ll receive an in-app notification and an email.
They can then approve or query the claim directly within the Enable.
