When working with Claims, collaborators can view and interact with claim information related to their trading partners.
However, their access and actions are limited to ensure security and control over the Claims process.

Before a collaborator can access Claims:

They must be added as a Lead Collaborator in the Collaborator configuration.
To learn how to assign lead collaborators, see Collaborators page.
The trading partner they’re associated with must have Claims enabled.
Only Lead Collaborators can open and review Claims for their linked trading partners.
How to access Claims through Collaborator
Step 1: Open Collaborator
After logging into the Collaborator portal, select the trading partner you wish to work with.
Step 2: Find the Claims tile
If Claims are enabled for that partner, a Claims tile will appear on the Collaborator homepage.
Select this tile to open Claims associated with that partner.
Collaborator Claims listing
The Claims listing page shows only Claims linked to the collaborator’s trading partner.
Additionally, collaborators can only see Claims that are beyond the ‘Draft’ status, draft Claims remain internal to the Enable customer.
Collaborator managing Claims page
Within a specific Claim, collaborators have a detailed view of that claim.
They can:
View claim details, including uploaded files and transaction files
Review the claim activity log
Add or read comments
Approve or query a claim when it reaches their approval step
Collaborator dashboard
Once inside Claims, the dashboard page provides an overview of the claims they have with that trading partner.
Collaborators can:
View summary insights and tiles related to Claims for their trading partner
View recent activity
Have an overview of claims and outstanding actions
