Accrual earnings are earnings calculated by using the accrual rates (the rate corresponding to the chosen accrual band which can be determined by the forecasted turnover value) combined with actual transactions. These accrual rates used in the calculation can be manually chosen in the program line entry page for targeted program lines by setting an accrual band.
This differs from Forecast Earnings which use forecast rates combined with forecast transactions.
