The channel collaborator report contains a list of all collaborators that exist within your channel across all trading partners, allowing you to easily identify which collaborators have not yet accepted invites, and current permissions of collaborator users.

Channel admin users have access to the Config area and collaborator report. If you require additional help, please reach out to our support team here.
To access the collaborator report:
Step 1: Navigate to Config in the green banner and select Users.
Step 2: Click on the Collaborators tab to display the collaborator report.
Review the collaborator report within Enable and scroll to the right of the screen for additional columns. Alternatively, click the Download all button to save a CSV file of the unfiltered collaborator report.
Tip: Click on a column header to sort the collaborator report results in ascending or descending order. You can also customize your results by using the Search box to type and search using trading partner name or reference, collaborator user name or email address.
When viewing the Invite status column in the collaborator report in Enable, a circle displays one of the following colours for each collaborator:
- Empty: No invite has been sent.
- Amber: Collaborator has been invited but hasn’t yet accepted.
- Green: Collaborator has been invited and has accepted.
- Red: Collaborator has declined the invite.
When viewing the Invite status column in the downloaded collaborator report, the column displays one of the following statuses for each collaborator:
- Empty: No invite has been sent.
- Pending: Collaborator has been invited but hasn’t yet accepted.
- Accepted: Collaborator has been invited and has accepted.
- Declined: Collaborator has declined the invite.
Tip: Have collaborators who have not yet accepted invites? Click the Resend all invites button to send another invite as a reminder to those who have not yet accepted.
When viewing the access setting columns in the collaborator report in Enable, a green circle indicates Yes and a red circle indicates No for each collaborator. These columns in the downloaded collaborator report will display Yes or No for each collaborator.
- Can view trading programs: Displays Yes if a collaborator has access to view trading programs.
- Can sign off trading programs: Displays Yes if a collaborator has access to sign off programs using the automatic approval workflow.
- Can submit transactional data: Displays Yes if a collaborator has access to import their own transactions.
- Can submit purchases: This column is only available in the CSV download of the collaborator report. Displays Yes if a collaborator has access to submit purchases transactions.
- Can submit sales: This column is only available in the CSV download of the collaborator report. Displays Yes if a collaborator has access to submit sales transactions.
- Can submit advised earnings: Displays Yes if a collaborator has access to specify the earnings they think should be calculated within an additional column in the transaction file. Please note that this is not used for calculating rebate earnings, but can be used by your team as a validation step to ensure alignment.
- Can view estimated earnings of transactional data: Displays Yes if a collaborator has access to view estimated earnings in the transactions log, allowing them to form timely accrual plans.
- Can view partner dashboard: Displays Yes if a collaborator has access to partner dashboard to view and analyze progress of tiered program lines.
