The user activity log maintains an audit trail of activity, providing you with access to review and download a list of reportable activities that have been completed in trading programs by any of your team members.

Channel admin users will have access to the Config area and user activity log within Enable. If you require additional help, please reach out to our support team here.
To access the user activity log:
Step 1: Click on Config in the green banner at the top of the page.
Step 2: Click on Users in the drop-down menu.
Step 3: Click on the Activity tab.
Filters on the user activity log can be used to add more context to report results. Filters are all optional and can be left if not required. The filters available are:
- Trading partner: Filter by selecting the trading partners where activity has occurred.
- Activity type: The type of activity completed, e.g. Create or Delete for channel users, or Collaborator to view activities of trading partner users.
- Data entity: The area within the Enable channel, e.g. Finance app or Trading programs.
- Performed by user: Activity completed by a specific user (including deleted users). If required, under the user selection, set the Show deleted users checkbox. This will only display the users' email address and not their display name as this information is deleted from the user interface.
- Activity date: The date(s) when activities were carried out by users.
- Agreement ID: A unique ID of a trading program, e.g. S00009, D00007.
- Agreement reference: A unique reference of a trading program.
- Start date: The start date of a trading program.
- Activity context: Details of the action performed by the user.
- Activity description: Type the activity you wish to view, e.g. reverse receipt payment allocation.
When you are ready, click the Preview button at the bottom of the page to view the results of your report, or click the Download button to save a fully copy of the report without previewing.
Alternatively, click the Reset button to change all filters to their defaults.
Once you have clicked to Preview results from the filters page, the user activity log results will be displayed, showing the first 20 results. Each row in the report relates to a particular user activity.
Alternatively, the buttons below the report can be used to:
- Download: Save and view the results for this report as a CSV file.
- Refresh: Reload the report as of this moment in time.
- Change criteria: Navigate back to the user activity log filters to make any amendments before you preview the results again.
The user activity log results will display the following columns:
- Date: The date of the user activity.
- Time: The time at which the activity was completed by the user.
- Activity description: Insight into the activity completed, e.g. Create program line.
- Activity type: The type of activity completed, e.g. Create or Delete.
- Data entity: The area within the Enable channel, e.g. Finance app or Trading programs.
- Trading partner: The trading partners where activity has occurred.
- Agreement reference: The unique reference of the trading program.
- ID: The unique ID of the trading program, e.g. S00009, D00007.
- Start date: The start date of the trading program.
- Context: Details of the action performed by the user.
- Old value: The previous value before the user made a change, if applicable.
- New value: The new value once the user made a change, if applicable.
- Performed by user: Email address of the user who performed the activity item.
- Notes icon: If previewing results within Enable, a speech bubble icon may be displayed. Click on the speech bubble icon to view additional notes for the activity item.
- File icon: If previewing results within Enable, a file icon may be displayed for results where the Data entity is Program line. Click on the file icon to download the configuration as of the time of the activity item, e.g. download program line configuration CSV file to display the configuration after the user activity was completed.
