Channel admin users can set app access for users, allowing individual user-based permissions to be set depending on the team member’s requirements for trading programs. Additional user settings can be edited at any time for existing users.

Depending on the features enabled for your channel, you can set user access settings on a per-user level. The options available can include:
- Channel admin: Set the checkbox to allow the user to access the Config menu. Channel admin users can manage users, manually import data, review transaction reconciliation reports, and more. Learn more about channel admin access areas here.
- Can delete active trading programs: Set the checkbox to allow the user to delete active, interim, fully signed and in progress trading programs for trading partners they have edit program lines permissions for.
- Permitted program line types: Only displays when the Channel admin checkbox is set. Select an option to allow the user to access program lines for permitted types only. If using Selected program line types, the program line types must be selected via the ☰ icon.
- Can set accrual bands: Set the checkbox to allow the user to manually set accrual bands for targeted program lines.
- Workflow emails opt out: Set the checkbox to turn off email notifications for the user for automatic approval workflow.
- Can access deals: Set the checkbox to allow the user to access SPAs. This is required for SPAs channel users. Learn more about user access settings for SPAs here.
- Can access promotions: Set the checkbox to allow the user to access to the promotions app.
Tip: Once you have changed the user access settings, make sure you click the Save button at the bottom of the page.
Depending on the additional features enabled for your channel, you can set app access on a per-user level. The options available can include:
- Executive Dashboard: Set the checkbox to allow the user to access Executive dashboard, to view and analyze program performance, opportunities and renewal timelines.
- Forecasting: Set the checkbox to allow the user to access Forecasting, to view and analyze forecasted turnover using seasonality.
- Can edit forecasts: Set the checkbox to allow the user to edit forecasts for individual program lines.
- Inventory: Set the checkbox to allow the user to access Inventory rebate accounting, to view and analyze rebate earned at the point of sale.
- Pricing: Set the checkbox to allow the user to access Pricing, to view and manage price lists for dimension items.
- Progress tracker: Set the checkbox to allow the user to access Progress tracker, to view and analyze progress as well as opportunities for tiered program lines.
- Snapshots: Set the checkbox to allow the user to access Snapshots, to view and generate auditable exports of finance data.
- Watchlist: Set the checkbox to allow the user to access Watchlist, to identify risks and opportunities for tiered program lines.
Tip: Once you have changed the user’s app access, make sure you click the Save button at the bottom of the page.
This section only displays when the Executive Dashboard checkbox has been set within App access.
- ‘View By' filter access: Select Full to provide the user with an overall view of executive dashboard, including data associated with all trading partners. Select Individual to provide the user with a personal view of executive dashboard, only viewing data associated with the trading partners the user is mapped to.
To invite a user to use Enable, click the Send welcome email button. Note: A new user will not have access until this email is sent.
The user will then receive an email from Enable inviting them to start using the platform. They will be required to click on the URL provided, and if they do not already have an account with Enable, set the details for their account.
