Program line forecasts can be amended at any time to another forecasting method, providing you with the flexibility to change a forecast during its term.

Accessing forecasting
To access forecasting for a program line:
Step 1: Click on Trading programs in the green banner at the top of the page
Step 2: Click on List in the drop-down menu.
Step 3: Search for and select the relevant trading program, and click on the View program button.
Step 4: Within the trading program, click on the Program lines tab.
Step 5: Select the program line you wish to view the forecast of.
Step 6: Click on the … button at the bottom of the page and click on View forecast.
Alternatively, if you are already in a program line’s view or edit page, click on the Forecasting tab to access the same page.
Note: If the Forecasting tab is not available, a channel admin user at your organization will need to provide you with the correct user permissions.
Editing a program line’s forecasting
To edit forecasting for a program line:
Step 1: At the top of the Forecasting tab, click the Edit forecast button.
Note: If the Edit forecast button is not available, a channel admin user at your organization will need to provide you with the correct user permissions.
Step 2: Select the required forecasting method from the drop-down menu.
Step 3: If using Automatic forecasting, within the Program line summary, select the Phasing periods to be used from the drop-down menu.
Step 4: If using Preserve total or Preserve phase spending, edit the values within the Total spend and Phase spending sections where required.
Step 5: Scroll to the bottom of the page to the Notes section, and type a reason for your changes.
Step 6: Click the Save button.
