One of the main benefits of the ticketing system is its 24/7 availability. You will be able to access information when you need it, from any device. You won’t have to wait until the morning to contact the Customer Success team in order to log an issue or get an update on a current ticket.
Helpdesk
Helpdesk is the place for you to post any problems, questions, or feedback relating to our software.
Follow the two simple steps below to create a ticket:
1. Click 'Contact support' within our Help Center;
2. Fill in the boxes and send us your request.
You will receive an email every time we have an update for you on your query. To view any requests that you previously raised with us, or ones that are in progress, you can click on your name and picture and navigate to 'Requests'.
