A price list is a group of prices that share the same name, the same currency and which operate over the same combination of dimensions and optionally trading partners.

Price lists can be managed within the Config area of the Trading programs app.
Channel admin users will have access to the Config area and pricing configuration within Enable. If you require additional help, please reach out to our support team here.
To navigate to pricing config:
Step 1: Click on Config in the green banner at the top of the page.
Step 2: Click on Structure in the drop-down menu. You will be automatically navigated to the Dimensions page.
Step 3: Click on the Pricing tab. You will automatically be navigated to Pricing within the Structure area (displayed below).
Tip: You may need to click on … at the end of the visible tabs to display additional tab options.
Within the Price lists tab, select the price list you wish to edit. The price list will either become editable, or non-editable based on the usage of the price list.
Within the Price list details on the right of the page, the Usage will display details of whether the price list is in use currently, and whether it cannot be modified.
If the Usage does not display that it cannot be modified, the following details can be edited:
- Reference: Enter a unique reference for the price list, e.g. a reference number if applicable.
- Name: Enter a unique name for the price list, e.g. using the trading partner name and date of the price list.
- Description: Enter more descriptive details outlining the purpose of the price list.
- Number of Decimal Places: Enter a number to restrict the number of decimal places for prices.
Once details have been edited, click the Save button.
If other details need to be changed such as currency or dimensions for the price list, a new price list must be created. Click here to learn more about how to create a new price list.
Within the Price lists tab, select the price list you wish to archive. The Archive button will either become selectable, or not possible to select based on the usage of the price list.
Within the Price list details on the right of the page, the Usage will display details of whether the price list is in use currently, and whether it can be archived or cannot be modified.
Within the Price list details, the Usage may display that the price list is Not in use, can be archived.
When a price list is not in use and therefore not attached to an existing active agreement, the Archive button can be used.
Archived price lists are stored within the Archived tab for reference purposes, but cannot be selected in any new agreements that are created.
Within the Archived tab, a price list can be Unarchived if required to be used in a new agreement again.
Within the Price list details, the Usage may display details of where the price list is in use currently, and that it cannot be modified.
When a price list cannot be modified and is therefore attached to an existing active agreement, the Archive button cannot be used.
An overall price list can only be deleted once it has been archived. To delete a price list:
Step 1: Within the Archived tab, select the price list you wish to delete.
Step 2: Review the Price list details on the right of the page to ensure the price list is not required, or does not need to be unarchived in future.
Step 3: Click the Delete button.
