Transaction logs retain a historic log of transaction import activity into the Enable channel for special pricing agreements (SPAs).

How to review previous transaction uploads
Channel admin users have access to the Config area and transaction logs within Enable. If you require additional help, please reach out to our support team here.
To access the SPA transaction logs in the Special pricing agreements app:
Step 1: Click on Config in the green banner at the top of the page
Step 2: Click on Transaction logs in the drop-down menu.
The transaction logs table displays the following details:
- Status icon: Displays a tick if the import has been completed, a spinning circle if the import is in progress, and an X if the import has failed.
- Import Date: The date the upload occurred.
- Imported By: The name of the user who performed the upload. Alternatively, search by user at the top of the page to filter the transaction logs table by the user or Collaborator who imported the transactions.
- Collaborator Upload: Yes if the transactions were uploaded by a Collaborator, or No if the transactions were uploaded by a channel user in your organization.
- New or Replacement: Whether the transactions were new or if they replaced existing transactions within the Enable data. Replacement transactions may have been imported to correct mistakes in a previous import.
- Value: The total value of the transactions uploaded and the currency of them.
- Currency: The currency of the transactions within the file.
- Transactions: The count of transaction rows within the file.
- Date Range: The period the transactions covered. This will start with the oldest transaction in the file and end with the newest.
- File: Click on the file icon to download the file which was uploaded and view the exact transactions uploaded.
- Support Report: Click View to automatically navigate to support report, allowing you to extract special pricing earnings and advised earnings for the transactions within the file. Learn more about the support report here.
