YTD rebatable transactions are displayed in Executive Dashboard's Compliance section.
Executive Dashboard Compliance section
A transaction is deemed as YTD rebatable if it meets all the following criteria:
- It has occurred in the current calendar year.

It is a qualifying transaction of at least one active program line in your channel, i.e. if it satisfies the selection rules of a program line.
- All dimension items used in the transaction line have the Counts towards Organization transactions checkbox set within the channel's dimension data.
