Workflow groups are groupings of users that can be assigned to approval workflow steps.
Approval workflows consist of a sequence of workflow groups where one or all users within each group are required to approve a special pricing agreement (SPA).

Creating a workflow group
Channel admin users have access to create and modify user groups. The names of existing groups and their included users can be updated.
To create a workflow group:
Step 1: Click on Config in the green banner at the top of the page within the Special pricing agreements app.
Step 2: Click on Workflows in the drop-down menu.
Step 3: Click on the Groups tab.
Step 4: Click on Create group at the bottom of the page to display the new group details on the right of the page.
Step 5: Enter the following details:
- Name: The name of the group. This should be descriptive as it will be displayed in the workflow steps.
- Users: Select the users that will be part of the group. You can use the search bar to filter by name or email address.
Step 6: Click on Save at the bottom of the page.
