Each individual claim provides a clear view of its status, the values calculated for linked agreements, and any related files.

You can access a specific claim via the Claims Listing or via a relevant tile/link on the Claims Dashboard.
Learn more about each section of a claim below.
Claim details
The claim’s reference is displayed at the top of the page.
Here you can also view the relevant partner, start and end dates of the claim, and value to claim alongside the current status.
Tip: Click the Download ERP output button in the top right to export a CSV file of the claim to use in your ERP system.
Agreements tab
A row is displayed for each agreement related to the claim, alongside the agreement name and ID, dates for each agreement, a breakdown of the claim value and tax.
Tip: At the very right end of a row, click on … to View ERP Info or Adjust Amount.
Files tab
Once a claim has been calculated, a claim calculation evidence file will be automatically generated per agreement, containing the underlying transactions that make up the total value of the claim.
Your team may also have uploaded additional files related to the claim.
Tip: At the very right end of a row, click on the arrow symbol to download and review a file, or click the Upload button above the table to add any additional supporting attachments related to the claim.
Activity Log
Click on the clock symbol on the right of the page to view a history of activity for the claim, including when the workflow has progressed, if queries have been raised and resolved, when users have uploaded additional files to the claim, and more.
Tip: Scroll down in the log view previous activity for the claim. Alternatively, if you are an admin user, refer to the claims activity logs for a more in-depth audit of activity within the Claims app.
Comments
Click on the speech bubble symbol on the right of the page to review comments added by other users who have access to the claim. Comments can be added when the claim is in any status, allowing for easy communication and alignment of teams via a single source of truth for the claim.

Workflow
Once the approval workflow has been started for a claim, the bottom of the page displays the user groups the claim must progress through.
If the workflow step has been completed, a checkmark will be displayed against the workflow group.
Adjusting a claim
Adjustments can be made at any step of the claim’s workflow, and without querying the claim.
Adjustments can be made by admin users, or users with read and write access.
To adjust a claim:
Step 1: Access an individual claim. Tip: If you need help locating your claim, use the claims listing.
Step 2: Within the Agreements tab, at the very right end of a row, click on … and Adjust Amount.
Step 3: Enter the Adjustment value by or New claim value.
Step 4: Depending on the value you have populated, the other will automatically populate based on the calculation. Review the values displayed to ensure they are as you expect.
Step 5: Click the Save button to apply your adjustment.
