The Claims Listing page provides visibility of your claims, allowing you to easily find relevant claims and access this information instantaneously in one centralized location.
Multiple searching and sorting filters ensure that no time is wasted by locating claims, allowing you to focus on actioning your claims.

To access the claims listing:
Step 1: Within the Claims app, click on Claims in the green banner at the top of the page.
Step 2: Click on Listing in the drop-down menu.
Claims displayed in the listing depend on the permissions set for a user, i.e. the user can only see claims for the suppliers they have been given access to within their user permission group.
In the listing page, you will be able to review the following for each claim:
- Name: The reference name of the claim. Click on the column header to order this column alphabetically, or click on the name of the claim to navigate to the manage claim page.
- Status: The current status of the claim. Click on the column header to order this column alphabetically.
- Value: The calculated value of the claim. Click on the column header to order this column.
- Agreement(s): The name of the agreement that this claim represents. Where a claim represents multiple agreements, these will be displayed here.
- Partner: The name of the trading partner that the agreement (and therefore the claim) is with. Click on the column header to order this column alphabetically.
- Start date: The start date of the claim. Click on the column header to order this column.
- End date: The end date of the claim. Click on the column header to order this column.
- Generated: For claims that have been calculated, this column displays the time since the calculation. For scheduled claims, this column displays the time until the claim will be calculated.
The search bar allows you to refine the listing by searching a claim name or agreement name.
Additional filters can be used to narrow down results. The filters available are:
- Partner: Search, scroll and select to filter by one or more trading partner name.
- Status: Scroll and select from the list to display claims within one status: Outstanding, Draft, Open, Closed, Queried, Scheduled, Ready to post, Posted, or Settled. Alternatively, select All to display claims in any status.
- Currency: Select to filter by claim currency.
- Dates: Select to filter by start date and/or end date of the claim.
Click the Search button to apply the filters you have selected, or click Reset to return to the default listing results with no filters applied.
How to export claims
The listing page offers a convenient feature to export all claims data, or a customized set of filtered claims for manipulation, invoicing or reporting purposes.
To export claims:
Step 1: Within the Listing page, use the filters above to refine your selection. Tip: Select the Status filter of Ready to post to export all claims for posting. Alternatively, leave the filters blank to export all claims.
Step 2: Click the Download button.
Step 3: A success message will be displayed confirming the export. Once generated, you can save or open the downloaded file.
