The Agreements listing within the Claims app allows you to track all agreements and monitor their details.
The agreements displayed to you will be based on the trading partners you have permission to access.

Accessing the agreements listing
To access the agreements listing:
Step 1: Within the Claims app, click on Claims in the green banner at the top of the page.
Step 2: Click on Agreements in the drop-down menu.
You can filter payments within the listing by partner, agreement type, currency, or category. Alternatively, use the search bar to search based on the agreement name.
Categorizing agreements
Agreements can be categorized to model and structure your business, for example by product category or other divisions. This allows you to filter agreements based on category, and a claim’s category will be displayed on the Manage claim page.
To categorize agreements:
Step 1: Within the agreements listing, click on Mode and select Categorize.
Step 2: Set the checkbox for the agreements you wish to categorize.
Step 3: Click on the Categorize button at the top right of the agreements table.
Step 4: Select a category from the drop-down menu. Note: If you wish to a use a category not listed here, first add a category via the settings.
Step 5: Click the Save button to apply the category to the selected agreements.
