Each special pricing agreement (SPA) has a SPA PDF available for you to view and download. The SPA PDF summarizes the information in your contract in a standardized, easy to read format.
Need help finding your SPAs before looking at the PDF? Click here to learn how to view SPAs via the SPAs listing in Collaborator.
The SPA PDF displays the following:
- Special Pricing Agreement title: A document title of Special Pricing Agreement alongside the dates of the contract.
- Reference and Agreement name: Displayed below the title for easy reference.
- Version and Period: Indicates whether changes have been made to a previous iteration of the SPA. A new version (i.e. Version 2 onwards) is used when terms are changed for an existing SPA, when those terms apply to all transactions (past and future), for example to fix terms on an incorrect SPA. A new period (i.e. Period 2 onwards) is used when terms are changed for an existing SPA, when those terms apply to transactions from this date forward, for example if a distributor renegotiated a higher mechanism value on a product.
- Parties: The Manufacturer, Distributor, and End-customer(s) on the contract.
- Details: The basic elements of the contract, including reference, agreement name, delivery types and the dates the agreement is valid for.
- Distributor terms: The calculation method (support mechanism), pricing, and other details specific to the distributor on the contract.
- End-customer terms: The calculation method (pricing mechanism), pricing, and other details specific to the end-customer on the contract.
- Branches: The distributor branches which will receive support.
- Products: The individual products, categories or groups which will receive support.
- Notes: Other headers below the Products section will be named based on relevant information added by your trading partner (Distributor/Manufacturer). This could include terms and conditions, payment conditions, or other information relevant to the SPA.
