Collaborator is an online portal that facilitates smoother working relationships by allowing trading partners to easily and securely share special pricing agreements (SPAs).
To view your SPAs within Collaborator, click on Special pricing agreements in the green banner at the top of the page to navigate to the SPAs listing.
The SPAs listing is the home page for existing SPAs with your trading partners, and displays the following:
-
SPA reference: The reference of your contract. Clicking on the reference opens the individual SPA in a new tab, where you can view a PDF and details of the SPA if the contract status is Ready for approval or Approved. Click here to learn more about navigating the SPA.
-
Agreement name: A description of your contract.
-
Dates: The start and end date of your contract.
-
Period: Indicates the period the SPA is in. A new period (i.e. Period 2 onwards) is used when terms are changed for an existing SPA, when those terms apply to transactions from this date forward, for example if a distributor renegotiated a higher mechanism value on a product. If a SPA has been edited to have a new period, then the SPA will appear on the listing page multiple times for each period it has.
-
Distributor/Manufacturer: The relevant distributor or manufacturer on the contract.
-
End-customer(s): The selected end-customers or any end-customer depending on the selection made on the contract.
-
Contract status: The current status of each contract, i.e. Draft, Ready for approval, Approved, Ready to request, Requested, or Declined.
Use the arrows in the top right above the columns to navigate between pages of results in the SPAs listing.
Alternatively, select a SPA from the listing and click the Download CSV button to export a spreadsheet file of the SPA details.
