When you are happy with the data validation, the import process will move to the Review step.
The Review step will provide two summaries of the data. The first details the names of both parties, as well as the currency of the transactions and whether or not existing transactions will be removed. The second is the summary from the Validation step.
Submit transactions for import
If your transaction imports do not require approval from your trading partner, the Review step will advise that Enable will perform the import, and confirm details of the transactions in the file.
If all of the information on the summaries is correct, click the Submit button to begin importing the transactions. A holding page will appear once the data has been submitted. Leaving this page will not interrupt the processing of the data, so you may navigate to other pages in the meantime.
After a short time, the processing will finish and a View transactions link will be displayed to navigate back to the transactions homepage, where you can view a summary of the data that you have just uploaded.
Submit transactions for approval
Some transaction imports may require approval from your trading partner. If this is the case, the Review step will advise that we will submit the import for approval, and confirm details of the transactions in the file.
If all of the information on the summaries is correct, click the Submit button for an automatic notification to be sent to your trading partner for them to review your transactions. Leaving this page will not interrupt the approval of the data, so you may navigate to other pages in the meantime.
Once your trading partner has approved or rejected your transaction import, you will receive a notification in Collaborator:
If your transaction import is rejected, you can review rejection notes in the transaction log by clicking on the icon under the Reject notes column:
