This month’s release introduces enhancements across Rebates, Claims, Finance App, and AI-Powered Analytics, focused on reducing manual effort, improving visibility, and enabling more self-serve experiences across the platform. These updates make it easier to manage calculations, create and adjust claims, and explore data independently, helping teams scale more efficiently.
Rebates
Simplified Calculation Processing (Reason Queued Filtering)
We’ve simplified the “Reason queued” filter in calculation processing, reducing it from over 20 values to six standardized options.
This makes it easier for channel administrators to understand what types of calculations are running or have run, improving visibility across the calculation queue and history. By reducing noise and standardizing values, teams can more quickly identify activity and manage processing with confidence.
Accounting
Claim Creation Improvements - Claims
Manual claim creation has been redesigned to provide clearer visibility into agreements and reduce unnecessary steps.
Users can now view key agreement details in a structured, searchable table, making it easier to identify the correct agreements, avoid duplicate or missed claims, and create claims more efficiently.
Hide Zero Value Claims - Claims
Zero-value claims are now hidden by default in the Claims listing, helping users focus on actionable items.
A toggle allows users to include zero-value claims when needed, ensuring full visibility remains available without impacting day-to-day usability.
Enhanced Splitting Capabilities - Claims
Users can now split claims by amount or transaction date into the next available claim.
This provides greater flexibility when managing earnings distribution, reduces reliance on manual workarounds, and makes it easier to respond to supplier requests.
Payment Allocation Visibility - Finance App
The Payment Allocation Report now hides zero earning program lines by default, reducing clutter and improving usability.
Users can toggle the view to include zero earning lines when required, ensuring they can access the full dataset when needed.
Payment Workflow Granularity Visibility - Finance App
A new “Granularity Value” column has been added to the Payment Workflow, allowing users to quickly see who each payment is for.
This improves visibility and removes the need to open individual records, helping teams manage payments more efficiently.
Reporting & Analytics
Data Search AI-Powered Analytics
Data Search introduces a new self-serve experience within AI-Powered Analytics, enabling users to explore data and build insights using natural language.
Users can create insights from scratch by combining fields, filters, and formulas, and instantly visualize results without relying on pre-built dashboards or implementation support.
This empowers power users and analysts to work more independently and helps organizations scale their analytics usage more effectively.
