This release brings enhancements across Rebates and Accounting that reduce manual effort, scale high-volume workflows, and give teams clearer visibility across payments and settlement data.
Rebates
Bulk Upload of Qualifying Products - Trading Programs
Upload product inclusions and exclusions from a CSV when authoring a program line, instead of selecting every product or attribute by hand. Both direct selections and attribute-based selection rules are supported, with a live count of included and excluded products as you configure, and you can now bulk-select attribute values straight from search results. High-volume selections that once took hours can now be recorded in minutes. Available for the Products marketplace dimension.

Faster Calculations at Scale - Trading Programs
We've made significant improvements to how rebate calculations are processed, delivering faster and more consistent performance - particularly for large, high-volume programs. Benchmarking shows:
- ~ 2x faster calculations - average program line calculation time has roughly halved, so results are ready sooner.
- ~ 2x higher throughput - around twice as many transactions are calculated per second.
Accounting
Receive & Allocate Improvements - Claims
Managing payments within reactive claims is now clearer and more efficient, with optional Payments and Variance columns on the claims list, a dedicated Payments tab and summary on the Manage Claim page, payment attachments (up to five per payment), and the ability to add, edit, delete, and allocate payments directly within the claim.
Customisable Output File Templates - Claims
Tailor ERP and transaction export files instead of relying on fixed fields. Create reusable templates that control which fields are included, the column order, and header names, and apply them as defaults across the settings hierarchy - removing the need for post-export cleanup.
Dynamic Payment Line Updates - Finance App
Payment lines now stay aligned when trading partners or dimensions change, even where payments have already been allocated. Lines can be added or removed as configurations evolve, and a paid line that becomes inapplicable shows a balance due equal to the negative of the paid amount - removing the need for manual Support intervention.
Zero-Value Line Visibility - Finance App
A new toggle controls whether payment lines with zero eligible transactions appear in the Payment Allocation view. They are hidden by default for faster page loads, with a checkbox to show them when needed.
