Net Spends Division Filtering - Trading Programs
Net Spends screens now show only the divisions relevant to a Trading Program, rather than every division configured across your organisation.
This enhancement allows you to:
- Work from a shorter, relevant list showing only the divisions linked to the Dimension Items in your program lines, across the Approval tab and Executive Summary
- Enter or override manual Net Spend values against the correct division, with group totals summing only the divisions that apply
- Keep approvals routed to the right regional or divisional manager, based on your configured thresholds
For customers who rely on manually entered Net Spends, showing only the relevant divisions keeps the data accurate and the screen uncluttered, reducing the chance of values being entered against the wrong division. The feature is optional and enabled through Platform Administration.
More Precise Transaction Deletion - Administrator Area
The Delete Transactions admin page adds precise filtering for targeting reconciled transactions, plus faster high-volume deletions.
This enhancement allows you to:
- Filter by order, delivery, and invoice references, as well as external references and primary keys where configured
- Narrow any reference filter with a "contains" match, or target only the transactions from a specific import file
- Filter numerically on units and value, for example removing everything at or below zero
Large deletions now run in batches, so high-volume clean-ups no longer slow down as they progress.
Platform Branding Updates - Trading Programs
Following the recent brand refresh, we have removed the last of the legacy branding across the platform.
Everything now has the new Enable design, giving a more consistent look across all modules and notifications, with improved stability.
