Documents on a special pricing agreement (SPA) allow you to add supporting documents and files holding additional information that trading partners should be aware of. Documents may include agreement approval evidence or files containing pricing information (e.g. net prices for included products).
Documents will be visible to your Collaborators if Visibility of the SPA is set to Shared.
This article will guide you through how to add a Document to a SPA.

How to add a Document to a SPA
Documents can be added to a SPA when the contract status is Draft or Ready for approval.
To upload a document to a SPA:
Step 1: Within the SPA, click the Documents tab and Add documents button.
Step 2: Drag and drop a file into the box, or click to browse file selection to upload a file relevant to your SPA.
Step 3: Check that Files section below shows the correct documents to be uploaded.
Step 4: Click Save.
Tip: Ensure you are happy with all documents before a SPA is approved, since your Collaborator will have visibility of documents attached to a SPA if Visibility of the SPA is set to Shared.
Once a document has been saved, it cannot be edited but can be deleted by clicking the X in the upper right corner of the document if the contract status is Draft or Ready for approval.
Looking to delete a document from a SPA which has already been approved? A new version or period of the SPA can be created where any documents can then be deleted - learn more about editing a special pricing agreement here.
