Note: Once branches are added here (and the contract status is Draft or Ready for approval), the Add button will appear as an Edit button.
Adding a group of branches
If your channel has branch attributes such as regions configured, the bulk selection mode allows you to select branches by group, allowing for a number of branches to be automatically included in the agreement.
This will also include any new branches which may be added to your channel data mid-agreement, where the branches have the same attribute/region assigned in the channel data.
To add branches in bulk:
Step 1: Select Bulk selection mode on the left (displayed below).
Step 2: Search using the attribute/region name to filter the results displayed in the table.
Step 3: To select, click on one or more branch, then click the OK button.
The Branches table will now display in the main Terms tab, with the selected branches' references and names automatically populated based on the channel data.
Individual branches can be selected to specify which distributor branches will earn support.
Step 1: Search using the branch reference or name to filter the results displayed in the table.
Step 2: To select, click on the relevant branch(es), then click the OK button.
The Branches table will now display in the main Terms tab, with the selected branches' references and names automatically populated based on the channel data.
Alternatively, all distributor branches can be selected if support earned is not restricted by branch.
Step 1: Click the box to the left of the Reference column header.
Step 2: To save, click the OK button.
The Branches table will now display in the main Terms tab, with all branches' references and names automatically populated based on the channel data.
If new distributor branches are added during the course of the SPA, these will automatically be included in the SPA if the select all option is used in the SPA.
