Accessing daily authorization extracts
Automated Imports must be enabled for the daily authorization extract to be configured as the report is dropped into the Enable-hosted SFTP location. Upon configuration, you can decide on the level of encryption you want for this report. The file can be a password-protected ZIP, an unprotected ZIP, or not zipped. For password-protected ZIP, the ZIP password used will be the one that is configured for Automated imports.
The extract is configured to generate daily at 02.05am UTC when platform activity is low.
When the extract is generated for a channel, the file will be placed in the Exports directory within the channel’s secured SFTP location and will be named AuthorizedBalances_{DDMMYYYYHHMMSS}.zip. The ZIP file will contain a CSV named AuthorizedBalances_{DDMMYYYYHHMMSS}.csv.
While the ZIP file is being generated, an accompanying “.temp” file is present, which is replaced with a “.ok” file when the file is finished and ready to be picked up from an outside source, for example your internal systems. Your implementation team will provide you with the password required to decrypt the ZIP file.
