In the panel on the right side of the page, you can filter the search results using the following criteria:
- Trading partner: Click on the hamburger icon to select one or more trading partners from the All trading partners tab; this includes all trading partners you have access to read. The second tab will allow you to select multiple trading partners at once based on their attributes. Alternatively, use the My trading partners tab to only display and select from trading partners where you are the lead cash collector or the account contact.
Note: At least one trading partner must be selected for the report to be generated.

- Date entered from: Select a date to only include payments that were entered on or after the selected date.
- Date entered to: Select a date to only include payments that were entered on or before the selected date.
- Date paid from: Select a date to only include payments that occurred on or after the selected date.

To apply the selected filters, click the Search button to display the report results. Tip: Your search criteria will be persisted for the duration of your session. Alternatively, click the Reset button within the search filters to clear the criteria.
The initial search result will display a list of historical payments and adjustments which meet your search criteria.
Displaying the payment history report results
The payment history report displays details of each payment, including payment method, date paid, date entered, and the user that entered the payment.
Scroll to the right to view all columns. Alternatively, click the Download button at the bottom of the screen to save a CSV file of the report results.
You can also view these details at the payment line level by clicking on a row in the report. This displays the payment lines panel associated with the selected payment. Note: It is not possible to select an unallocated payment row.
When viewing payment lines allocated to a payment, you will also have additional options available to you depending on the allocation status.
For payments with Allocated as their allocation status, you can reverse allocations as well as view and record notes and attachments:
- Reverse allocations: Click on this button to create a reversal allocation for each payment line. If the payment being reversed is a receipt, the receipt will then be marked as unallocated.
- Notes & attachments: Click on this tab to modify the attachments and/or notes associated with the payment record.
If you are using payment authorization workflow, payments with Pending approval as their allocation status can have their payment stopped.
If you have the ability to authorize payments turned on for your channel, payments with allocation status Pending approval or Stopped will display the approval workflow and any notes against the payment in the Approval tab, and additional notes can be recorded.
