Navigating the home page
To access your AI-Powered Analytics Home page, click on the Analytics & Insights tile within your Enable apps.
Your Home page displayed will be similar to the example below, where you can quickly identify trends for different data sets.
The KPI List displays the different data sets configured for your organization. Click on an option within this list and try the following:
- Add KPI: Use to create a new Key Performance Indicator by selecting an insight or dashboard.
- Create alert: Click the bell symbol to set an alert based on an anomaly, threshold, or schedule for a KPI.
- Manage alerts: Click … to edit any existing alerts for a KPI.
- Copy link: Click … to copy a link to a specific KPI, for example to share with another member of your team.
- Remove KPI: Click … to remove an existing KPI from your Home page.
- Dashboard link: Click the link at the top of a KPI to navigate to more visuals related to the KPI.
Below the KPI List, your Library provides a list of All Dashboards as well as All Insights you have access to.
Tip: Use the Share button (next to KPI Highlights) to give a colleague visibility of the dashboard. You can also choose to send them an optional email notification and message.
Alternatively, click on a dashboard name to navigate to it. You can also navigate to insights saved via Insights Search.
Navigating a dashboard
Your AI-Powered Analytics dashboard consists of top-level KPI figures and visuals, allowing you to quickly view and assess insights.
Click on a button in the top right of the dashboard:
- KPI Highlights: Highlight unexpected and expected changes based on each KPI. Learn more below.
- Share: Give your colleagues visibility of the dashboard, e.g. by sending an email notification including the dashboard link.
Alternatively, click on … to access more options:
- Edit: Change the order of visuals, change titles and descriptions, add notes and add filters.
- Download PDF: Download either the whole dashboard or specific visuals with configurable information. Visuals will display each tile in a separate page of the PDF, while dashboard contains multiple tiles per page.
- Present: Open a presentation-like view of the dashboard, with each tile as a slide.
- Schedule Summary: Create and customize the format of a scheduled export of your dashboard.
- Manage Schedule Summary: Add and edit scheduled exports of your dashboard.
Navigating a visual
Each visual is displayed as a tile with specific data or analytics. This could include headline figures or calculations, product or dimension performance, and growth comparisons.
Hover over a visual element within a tile to highlight and display additional details. For example, hovering over a bar on a bar chart displays the numerical value of that bar.
Tip: Use this if you have a larger amount of data displayed, or to make easy comparisons. For example, to compare why turnover has decreased month on month.
Click on the … on a tile to access more options:
- Edit: Change the data being used for a visual.
- Explore: Add filters or change what the data within a visual is looking for. Tip: Use this to understand data changes before making informed decisions. For example, you could filter data to focus on a specific timeframe or region, add metrics such as revenue versus profit for comparison, replace a data point to analyze a different KPI, or compare values.
- Show underlying data: Display the data used for the visual as a CSV file, with an option to download and edit columns.
- Download: Export the data from the tile to your device.
- Present: Open a presentation-like view of the visual.
- Copy link: Copy a link to the specific visual, for example to share with a colleague.
- Manage alerts: Create or edit alerts for the visual. Tip: Use this to be informed when a change occurs based on an anomaly in data or a threshold being met, or to be informed on a recurring schedule.

Reviewing KPI Highlights
Unexpected and expected changes can be generated based on each of the KPIs from your dashboard. To generate KPI Highlights:
Step 1: Click on the KPI Highlights button at the top of the dashboard. You will receive a notification once your highlights are ready.
Step 2: Once ready, click View in the notification at the bottom of your screen.
Step 3: Review your results based on unexpected and expected changes. To view a further change summary, click on one of the tiles. Tip: Click the checkmark or cross to feed back whether the summary is useful. This helps to train the AI to become more intelligent in future.
Step 4: Once you have finished, click Done to return to your main dashboard.
