Enable’s AI-Powered Analytics is an easy-to-use data analysis and dashboarding solution, empowering your teams to unlock the full potential of your rebate management strategies.
Your dashboard will have been initially configured in line with your requirements during implementation. You can edit the dashboard to your unique reporting needs, giving you greater control over your analytics.

Editing the dashboard layout
To edit your dashboard:
Step 1: Wherever you are in Enable, click the hub switcher icon (nine dots) in the top right to display the apps you have access to. Then, click on Analytics & Insights.
Step 2: Under Library, select a dashboard to open.
Step 3: Within your AI-Powered Analytics Dashboard, click … at the top right of the page and select Edit from the drop-down menu.
Step 4: Make any of the following changes:
- Drag and drop a visual to move its position in the dashboard.
- Click on a visual’s header to edit its name.
- Add a description for a visual.
- Click the Add note button at the top to provide more detailed context to your users.
- Click the Add filter button at the top to consider specific data in your dashboard. For example, you could only display data based on a particular product category.
Step 5: Click the Save button in the top right to apply your changes to all users.
Editing a chart
To edit a specific chart:
Step 1: Hover over a visual within your dashboard and select Edit from the drop-down menu.
Step 2: From the Edit page, select from the following options:
- Search: Type a data point or filter to refine your visual. Depending on your chart type, measures (highlighted in green) and attributes (highlighted in blue) may be required, however they can be changed to use different data. Learn more about measures and attributes here.
- Chart symbol: Click on a different chart type to change your visual. Some chart types may need more measures and attributes - you can add these using the search bar above.
- Cog symbol: Configure additional options and settings such as chart axis, colors used, and items to show/hide.
- i symbol: Review a summary of the logic used to refine the data in your visual.
Step 3: Click Save to apply the changes you have made.
