Partner Analytics & Insights allows you to share dashboards created in AI-Powered Analytics with your trading partners via the Collaborator portal. Collaborators can interact with the dashboard, allowing them to download data, view transaction-level changes and much more. Here, we describe:

Invite Collaborators
Collaborators must be granted access to the relevant trading partner to ensure the dashboard is populated with data for their trading partner(s).
To invite collaborators you need to:
Give access to trading partner data, shown in step 1
Share the dashboard to collaborators in AI-Powered Analytics, shown in step 2 and 3
1. Give permissions to each collaborator
Access to data for a specific trading partner must be granted to a collaborator for that trading partner. This ensures that when they access the dashboard, it displays data only for the trading partner(s) to which they have been assigned as a collaborator.
Access for a collaborator to view data for a given trading partner is given by:
Go to Trading programs
Navigate to the tab with your trading partner reference
Select the trading partner you want to give access to
Select the Collaborators tab
Enable Can view Analytics dashboard for the collaborator
Add a new collaborator
If you need to add a new collaborator after setting permissions, select Invite collaborator and follow the invite process. You can also grant access to view the analytics dashboard during this flow.
Give access to multiple trading partners
To allow a collaborator to access data from multiple trading partners in the same dashboard, add the user with the same email address to each trading partner by repeating the steps above.
2. Share a Dashboard (Collaborator Group)
To share a dashboard with all collaborators, use the Collaborator group. This user group is automatically created and updated with all collaborators who have been granted access in step 1.
To share with the collaborator group:
Open the dashboard in AI-Powered Analytics
Select the Share icon (top right)
Add the Collaborator group
(Optional) Select Send notification to email collaborators about the dashboard
Select View access to underlying data sources
Select Share
If you want dashboards shared using the Collaborator group not to be shown to users who are explicitly specified on a different dashboard (see the next section), contact your implementation team.
3. Share a Dashboard (Selected Users)
To share a dashboard with specific collaborators (instead of all collaborators), add individual collaborators who have been granted access in step 1.
To share with selected users:
Open the dashboard in AI-Powered Analytics
Select the Share icon (top right)
Add the specific users
(Optional) Select Send notification to email the selected collaborators
Select View access to underlying data sources
Select Share
