The trading programs list is a centralized place to store all of your trading programs, making it easy to organize, control and monitor your rebate agreements.
Collaborators who have been given access to trading programs also have access to this list, filtered down to only their trading programs. This allows you to have more aligned discussions between you and your trading partners by referring to a streamlined interface. You can also send links directly to your collaborators about the exact agreement you want to discuss (or vice versa), as the trading program URLs are the same for both parties.

Locating trading programs via the list
The trading programs list contains a range of information on each trading program, such as the reference, workflow status, start and end dates, whether you’re subscribed to the trading program, and if there are any unread comments.
To access your trading programs, click on Trading programs in the green banner at the top of the page and select List.
Searching and filtering trading programs
To find or filter to view specific Trading Programs use the search bar, column filters, or the filters modal.
Search bar
Use the search bar to search across the Trading Partner, Program Reference, Description, or ID fields. You can select a search mode from the dropdown:
All (default) – searches across all fields
Partner – searches partners only
Reference – searches references only
Description – searches descriptions only
ID – searches program IDs only
Column header filters
Filter icons appear beside filterable columns such as Partner, Activation Status and Workflow Status. Click a filter icon to open a searchable dropdown and quickly select filter values.
Filters modal
Click Filters at the top of the list to open a modal showing all available filters. This allows you to view, edit or remove filters in one place. Filters applied through column headers are also visible and editable within the Filters modal.
When at least one filter is applied, a Reset all option becomes available to clear all filters at once.
More options
Depending on your user permissions, you can also complete the following actions from the list:
Create program: Use to create a new trading program using the wizard
View program: Click the program ID or select the program using the check box, click the … and hit view program in the menu options to view the trading program PDF, program lines, and other settings.
Download all: Save a CSV file containing high-level details of all trading programs in the list.
When one or more trading program is selected, you can complete the following actions from the floating menu:
- Replicate: Use to replicate one or more trading programs with a guided wizard that walks through options including parter selection, start and end dates, and program status.
- Delete: Available to channel admin users only. Use to permanently delete a trading program. We recommend archiving rather than deleting programs, so that details can still be viewed or restored in future. Deleting a trading program will remove all terms items and any program lines or program line series within the trading program.
If you click on the three dots … you’ll have the following options:
- Archive: Available for active trading programs only. Use to archive old trading programs, while retaining details of the programs to view or restore in future. Learn more about archiving trading programs here.
- Activate: Available for proposal trading programs only.
- Restore: Available for archived trading programs only. Use to restore inactive trading programs.
- Change workflow status: Available for trading programs using manual workflow only. Use to change the workflow status, e.g. from Draft to Fully signed.
- Send message: Use to communicate via the Messages app with your trading partner, relating to the selected trading program.
- Subscribe: Use to filter by subscribed trading programs in the Activity page using the star icon.
- Unsubscribe: Use if you do not wish to be able to filter by the subscribed trading program in the Activity page using the star icon.
Creating a custom view
You can select a specific column set or create a Custom view to customize which columns are displayed in the list.
To set up a Custom view:
Click into the Show columns button
In the Column set dropdown, select Custom
- Select or deselect columns to show or hide them in the list
- (Optional) Click Save selection as default to make your configuration the default view
- Click Save
Note: The order in which you select columns determines the order they appear
In the Standard view, optional columns can also be deselected and saved as default.
Predefined column sets (Activity, Details, Lifecycle, Workflow, Collaboration) are also available in the dropdown and contain non-configurable fields.
Viewing a trading program
When you click a program ID to view a specific program, the Summary tab displays a PDF containing all information configured in your rebate agreement. This includes an easy-to-read view of the details configured in the Program lines, Settings, and Terms tabs.
Alternatively, click on the Program lines tab and click on the … at the bottom of the page to view the following options:
- View included items: Use this to review a CSV file of the final included items, broken down by program line, by selecting a dimension and Download. Included items are the final set of dimension items (e.g. products) configured for program lines, considering all inclusions and exclusions (both direct and indirect).
- View selection rules: This option may be displayed if your channel uses complex selection rules, e.g. and/or inclusion/exclusion rules. Use this to review a CSV file of the rules configured, broken down by program line, by selecting a dimension and Download. Note: If you use separate target and earnings selections and ratio target selections, these will also be included.
- Requeue all program lines: Use this to queue program line calculations, e.g. if changes have recently been made to the data in your channel.
