Trading programs can be permanently deleted by channel admin users once they are active or archived. While standard users cannot delete programs, they may archive programs.
We recommend archiving rather than deleting programs, so that details can still be viewed or restored in future. Deleting a trading program will remove all terms items and any program lines or program line series within the trading program.
Trading programs can be deleted either via an individual trading partner or via the trading programs list.

To delete a trading program permanently via the trading partner list:
Step 1: Click to select the relevant trading partner.
Step 2: Click to select the trading program you wish to delete.
Step 3: Click the … button (next to View) and click Delete.
Step 4: You will be prompted to confirm your decision. Click Delete again to finalize the removal of the trading program.
Once you have confirmed that you wish to proceed, the deletion will be queued for processing in the background. After a short time, you will receive a notification that the trading program has been deleted.
To delete a trading program permanently via the trading programs list:
Step 1: Click to select the trading programs you wish to delete. Up to 4 programs can be deleted at one time.
Step 2: Click the … button (next to Download) and click Delete.
Step 3: The number of programs selected will be displayed, and you will be prompted to confirm your decision. Click Yes to finalize the removal of the trading programs.
Once you have confirmed that you wish to proceed, the deletion will be queued for processing in the background. After a short time, you will receive a notification that the trading programs have been deleted.
