Enable has an extensive reporting suite that surfaces many data insights into trading programs. Advanced reporting supplements these reports by providing bespoke reports, which allow any data stored within Enable to be downloaded ad-hoc or on an automatic schedule.

Accessing advanced reports
To access the daily earnings report in trading programs:
Step 1: Click on Reports in the green banner at the top of the page
Step 2: Click on Advanced reporting in the drop-down menu.
If the Reports menu is not available, a channel admin user at your organization will need to provide you with the correct user permissions.
To download a report:
Step 1: Click on the relevant advanced report.
Step 2: Click the Download button.
Step 3: If required, set the checkbox for Deliver report to Enable SFTP. Alternatively, leave blank to download the report to your own documents area. If downloading to SFTP, an optional SFTP encryption password can also be added for security.
Step 4: Additional filter options may also be displayed within the Delivery types, depending on the advanced report configuration. Select any other relevant options for your report.
Step 5: Click the OK button to generate the report download.
Configuring advanced report schedules
To schedule an advanced report to be generated automatically:
Step 1: Click on the advanced report you wish to create a schedule for.
Step 2: Click the Schedules button.
Step 3: Click the Add button.
Step 4: Configure the below schedule options:
- Frequency: Select whether the report should be delivered daily, weekly, or monthly.
- Day of week: Select the day of the week on which the report should be generated.
- Run at: Enter the time at which the report should generate. The data in the report will be based on the data present in your Enable channel at this time.
- Subscribed users: Enter the email addresses of one or more users who can access the report results. When the report is generated, subscribed users can access the results via their My reports area. Note: If a report doesn't have any subscribed users, then no one will see the results.
- Email subscribed users on completion: Set the checkbox to notify subscribed users via email when the report is generated via the schedule.
- Deliver report to Enable SFTP: Set the checkbox if you would like the report stored in your channel’s Enable SFTP location, which allows access without logging into the Enable platform. Tip: This may be useful if you require a report to be accessed by other systems, e.g. if your ERP system automatically picks up the report from the SFTP location.
- Prevent retry on condition statement: Set the checkbox to prevent the report's generation from being immediately retried if one of its conditions cannot be met. If this occurs, the report can still be downloaded manually.
- SFTP encryption password: If the checkbox for Deliver report to Enable SFTP is set, use this optional field to add a ZIP password to the file.
Step 5: Click OK to save.
