Enable has an extensive reporting suite in addition to AI-Powered Analytics that surfaces many data insights into trading programs. Custom reports supplement these insights by allowing any data stored within Enable to be downloaded on an automatic schedule or ad-hoc.

Accessing custom reports
To access custom reports in trading programs:
Step 1: Click on Reports in the green banner at the top of the page
Step 2: Click on Custom reports in the drop-down menu.
If the Reports menu is not available, a channel admin user at your organization will need to provide you with the correct user permissions.
To download a report:
Step 1: Click on the relevant custom report.
Step 2: Click the Download button.
Step 3: If criteria has been configured, enter any additional requirements.
Step 4: Configure the following optional delivery types:
Choose an encryption type: Select how to encrypt your data. PGP Protected - password required is recommended for secure data.
SFTP encryption password: If delivering to an SFTP, enter a password. This password will be required to open the report.
Deliver report to Enable SFTP: Set the checkbox for your report to be generated to an SFTP location set up by Enable. Alternatively, leave blank to download the report to your own documents area.
Deliver report to external SFTP: Set the checkbox for your report to be generated to an SFTP location set up by your organization. Alternatively, leave blank to download the report to your own documents area.
Choose an external SFTP location: Select the external location for your report to be generated to.
Step 5: Click the OK button to generate the report.
Configuring custom report schedules
To schedule a custom report to be generated automatically:
Step 1: Click on the custom report you wish to create a schedule for.
Step 2: Click the Schedules button.
Step 3: Click the Add button.
Step 4: Configure the following schedule options:
- Frequency: Select whether the report should be delivered daily, weekly, or monthly.
- Day of week: Select the day of the week on which the report should be generated.
- Run at: Enter the time at which the report should generate. The data in the report will be based on the data present in your Enable channel at this time.
- Subscribed users: Enter the email addresses of one or more users who can access the report results. When the report is generated, subscribed users can access the results via their My reports area. Note: If a report doesn't have any subscribed users and is not delivered to an SFTP location, then no one will see the results.
- Email subscribed users on completion: Set the checkbox to notify subscribed users via email when the report is generated via the schedule.
- Prevent retry on condition statement: Set the checkbox to prevent the report's generation from being immediately retried if one of its conditions cannot be met. If this occurs, the report can still be downloaded manually.
- Choose an encryption type: Select how to encrypt your data. PGP Protected - password required is recommended for secure data.

- Deliver report to Enable SFTP: Set the checkbox for your report to be generated to an SFTP location set up by Enable.
