Adding a buying group to a program line
When buying group functionality is set up in your Enable channel, your buying groups can be added to your trading partner data and are displayed in the trading partners list.
Buying groups are selected at trading program level, rather than per individual program line.
To create a trading program with a buying group:
Step 1: Create a trading program, ensuring that the buying group is selected as the trading partner.
Note: If you are unable to see a buying group in your trading partners list, a channel admin user may need to add the group to your trading partner data. Alternatively, if you are unable to see any buying groups, reach out to the Enable Support team to ask about setting up buying group functionality in your channel.
Step 2: Create a program line following the usual process. Within your new program line, the buying group will automatically be selected within the trading partners section.
Note: Indirect trading partners cannot be selected on program lines against buying groups. Similarly, buying groups cannot be added as indirect trading partners in program lines against standard trading partners.
Rebate will calculate automatically based on qualifying transactions against the members who are active in the buying group during the term of the program line.
