By clicking on Reports at the top of the page and then on Turnover in the drop-down menu, you will be taken to a reporting page that allows you to extract turnover information from DealTrack for a specified period of time.
You will be able to create reports that display information about all of the turnover data in the system, regardless of whether or not it is associated with any deals or has contributed to earnings.
The turnover report offers a number of options that you can use to filter your report. The results of the report will be filtered down to the results that match all of your filters.
You will be required to select a supplier, and then you can (optionally) filter by any of the following:
Currency · A pre-configured option of one or more currencies which can be selected from a drop-down menu.
Transaction date · Enter a ‘From’ and ‘To’ date to filter by transaction date.
Frequency · Select the frequency by which to present turnover i.e. daily, weekly, monthly etc.
Dimension filters · Choose to filter by selecting dimension items or attributes.
View by · Select one or more dimension collection attribute labels to filter by.
Consider manual turnover only? · This filter provides a way for only turnover imported manually into DealTrack to be included in report results. Tick for yes or untick for no.
There are no required filters, however, the system will prevent a report from being run if your criteria do not satisfy the requirement that the ‘View by’ selections must be across a maximum of 3 dimensions.
By clicking on the Preview button at the bottom of your page, you will be taken to a new page displaying the first 20 results of your report in a table.
You will then have the option to revise your filters and re-generate the results by clicking on the Back button, refresh the preview to re-generate the results by clicking on the ⟳ button or download the full set of results by clicking on the Download button, as shown in the screenshot below.
